Turnkey project for NYC-based real estate developer for the promotion of a residential building. Developed the IA, UX, UI, and supervised the development of the site.
Besides the Flash-based interactive website, the project included the creation of a touch-screen kiosk for the sales team. The sales team could access floor plans, blueprints, pricing strategies, and photographic views from different apartments of the building.
